In Breathing Mindfulness Seminar you will learn the “Third Line” of the relaxation exercise. 虛= Empty 靜= Still 心中無物為虛, When the heart is occupied, nothing is empty. 念頭不起為靜。 When the mind has no thoughts, there is silence. Conditions are created by thoughts far more powerful than thoughts create conditions. Self-knowledge is the beginning of self correction. You will learn to meditate with a clear mind and correct posture. This kind of practice is powerful because people can do it without any belief system or religious feeling. Yet, you try to introduce it with a very strong moral base. From that base you can have the awareness that experiences calm, clarity, sensitivity, and an understanding about yourself and about your life.
